  1. 30-Day Return Window
    You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. Damaged or Wrong Products
    Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@trnd-me.com with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right (Refund or Replacement).
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  4. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  5. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged
